The AJ's Pit Bar-B-Q Journey
Fueled by a passion for BBQ and hospitality, Jared and Amanda Leonard embarked on a culinary journey in 2010. Their dream? To share their love for wood-fired cooking and create unforgettable dining experiences.
After building a successful restaurant group and earning a MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand 2023 at AJ’s, they decided to bring their signature flavors to their favorite destination in Mexico.
AJ’s Pit Bar-B-Q & AJ’s Prime Steakhouse found their extended home on Mexico’s stunning Pacific coast.
